You need to report this to the Police Department - Traffic and Parking may eventually respond in a week or so- Call 203-946-6316 you need to say street is blocked and impassable or they won't show up either.
Ya gotta love morons who don't know the size of there vehicles and can't just park on the other side of the road.
There must be a better way.
