Description
There is constantly trash on the Hicks Street side of this property. This past week (4/21), two large trash bags were out by Thursday for Wednesday pick up. By Friday morning, more bags and a chair joined the existing trash. By the same afternoon, it had all been moved to the alley next to the house.

You can also report this issue to the Sweeps Unit at 215-685-4275/76/77. They issue violations for trash.
