House is falling apart.
Cinder Block Wall Collapsed and damaged my fence.
Filed a complaint but owner has not come to clean up damage or fallen cinder blocks. Rain water is dumped onto other people's property with PVC pipe

I agree. Last time someone lived here was 2008.
A 5 ft tall cinder block wall just collapsed. I called and filed a complaint with codes and nothing has been done yet and when I called back to check the lady was not helpful and I could not get ahold of the man that helped me before.
