3 months ago, maintenance at the park had improved. However, recently maintenance has once again declined. The grass is totally overgrown, and a lot of the trash cans haven't been emptied, and a lot of dumping has taken place recently. Clothing and food has been dumped, gotten wet in the rain, and never been collected or disposed of.
