Description
On the riverside of the floodwall, furniture was dumped near the pipeline overlook. Also, this area is being used for illegal parking with lots of trash being dumped. We could use a trashcan near the paved parking area at the overlook and a barrier to stop the illegal parking.

From the photo (without looking at the GPS location on the SeeClickFix report), it seems obvious that this piece of furniture is located just east of the Riverside on the James Power Plant and Condo buildings and south of the flood wall at the parking lot for the Reynolds North site. I would assume that it is just downhill of the pedestrian opening in the middle of the wall which runs along the southern edge of the parking lot between the Vistas and Riverside on the James properties.
