Silver Oaks apartments were shut down in 2/11/14. Now there workers taping the buildings with red tape reads asbestos danger hazardous. The y have large plastic balloons blowing asbestos into the environment. It smells horrible while I wait for the bus all this poison is blowing out into the air. I called 311 she asked what is Asbestos. I figured I have better luck doing this.
