Dropped off my son at a friends house, he lives on Woodward Ave.(off Pearl) This area has no roads. The people that live in this area pay taxes. These roads are unsafe, might as well drive in the lawns. Shame on the city for neglecting these roads. The street deptartment supervisor needs to patrol this area- better do it on foot-it will ruin your car.

we have been fighting with the city for years to get something done to our roads! This is pathetic! I cannot even get down any road into my neighborhood safely!

i have family members that live in that area, i dont visit them. too scared to drive my 4 x 4 truck back in that hollow!

Well they came through the area early summer and put down ground up road from elsewhere and never sealed it - the holes are coming back and all of the residents are at risk of getting sick because of all the road dust we now have. Lorain City Government you suck!

Was this road ever fixed? Went down east 41st street to woodard- HUGE POTHOLES. Why isn't anything done with these roads. I hate to see if there is ever an emergency-fire trucks or ambulance have to travel down these roads. These people that live in this neighborhood are not safe with the roads in this condition. FIX THIS ROAD!! Maybe the NEW mayor should take a ride down this part of town. These are taxpayers that live in this area. Shame on LORAIN!

Councilman Eddie Edwards says he would vote down any projects that would result in assessments to the property owners in this area. Lorain has no money or desire to fix the roads in this poor working white class neighborhood.
