Deskripsyon

Not sure if its a pothole or not, its 1ftx3ft and drops about 10 inches. It's a killer on the suspension and impossible to go around due to parking on both sides of street.

It's not a pothole, it was intentionally dug up to fix some type of piping I presume. But they also tore up the sidewalk on the one side making it difficult to walk, especially on a rainy day. This needs to be fixed.
