How would I check on a status for this request?

The potholes on this street are not getting any better rather worst; at the end of the one way street you have to bare right in order to not drive into a huge pothole that crosses over into Broad Street. Why has this been acknowledged but not fixed by now?

@Yoly The request # we provide on our comment is basically our way of tracking the request. You cam check the status by calling us with the request # or location of pothole. We have not yet developed a way the regular user can look at the work order buy clicking on a link, but plans are being put to place to make that possible.

@JM The information was sent to Public Works so they can service the potholes, so we are waiting on their part to do the repairs on the street
