For the fourth time this year, another mattress & box spring has been left in the Hathway Drive Island. This time, it's a particularly ghastly light blue one. Since the county apparently isn't making an effort to enforce illegal dumping laws, and has refused or ignored repeated requests for "NO DUMPING" signs on Hathaway Drive, why doesn't the county just designate the Hathway Drive island as the Wheaton/Glemnont Transfer Station?
