Description

On U Street, NW between 12th and 11th Streets Luxury taxi number 216 decided to come over and squeeze between the car in front of me and my car. I had to slam on my brakes. The driver needs to learn if he needs to get over simply put is turn signal on and wait until someone lets him get in front of them. Thank you.
