Description

The merging away lane needs to end at the Mall entrance with pylons to direct that traffic into the mall. Then cars turning out from the mall onto Lville Hwy could proceed with pylons diverting the traffic several feet earlier. This would prevent the aggressive drivers from entering and racing up the merging away lane to pass vehicles in the through lane. It's dangerous for the cars turning out of the mall onto Lville Hwy and dangerous for the bus pulling away from the stop there and for the through traffic drivers.
