Good Luck! This hoard is constantly reported and always ignored. You will be told police are sent and they will be seen chatting with the resident and nothing is done. You will be told the cars are "registered antiques" and they remain rotting in the driveway. You will see this reported over and over again and then told to "call to discuss" with NOTHING ever being done. It is a hoard of garbage that worsens regularly and the town does not actually care one bit about enforcing any rules in regard. It has been like this for a decade, worsening monthly. It is an eyesore for the lovely neighborhood and a bad image for the town in a high traffic area. .

Would love to see this situation addressed AND resolved. It has grown out if hand, for sure

THIS IS GARBAGE and this is only one image from the property..... IT IS PILED WITH TRASH. But again with the excuses and to call for more info. How about actually take care of the problem?

While this may not strictly be “garbage” this is not normal behavior or home upkeep. This is unsightly and embarrassing. Windsor should be able to do something about this.

So now the town is deleting other reports of this issue? Unacceptable. Please explain publicly here in this forum how this is being resolved. Multiple complaints by different people on a regular basis and never a resolution. And now deleting reports?! Please stop telling concerned residents to call. Please stop saying piles of trash are not trash. There are now 5cars in the driveway with one in the road in front. In addition to all of the trash. Please address the issue for the multiple concerned residents who have issued complaints instead of deleting reports. The other repot filed was not a duplicate, it was a different person and just more evidence of how deep this issue goes. It has current, new information. Please address this issue and explain what is being done to remedy this.

Public record you can see what vehicles are being billed for taxes. The only one that are current in the Cadillac and Subaru. 58 Apache last tax bill paid was 2020. The Chevelle doesn't show anything.The green truck has NEVER been registered.
The hoard is spilling over into the neighbors yard.
This guy must have friends in town hall.
Someone needs to bring this to state level.

That is interesting regarding the cars, thank you for sharing. Not surprising this HOARD continues to get worse and worse. It is spilling into neighbor yards and covering the entire driveway. It is garbage. When new reports are made, Windsor police stop by and chat up/laugh with the homeowner outside and then leave. NOTHING Is ever done. Every response here is by Gregg Donato with directions to call. Excuses and no action. I have no doubt this homeowner has friends in town hall, WPD, and more. If there is a way to bring it to the state level, yes that should be done. It is very clear that the Town of Windsor DOES NOT CARE about this issue.

Town of Windsor will do nothing to help you. I speak from experience.

I've heard he has a "permit" for some kind of BS project.
It's obvious BS because all he does is bring more junk home.
3 of the vehicles are not currently on the grand list for 2022.
So when they tell you there registered that's not true. The greet truck has never been registered.
Try contacting the State of Connecticut health department.

Preliminary court date for this case is scheduled for 2/2/2023.
