Ticket #1597690. Ticket forwarded to Licenses and Inspections for follow-up. Once a request is entered into the system the property should be inspected by L&I within 45 days.
The owner usually has up to 30 days to comply with violations. Thereafter, up to 3 reinspections may be conducted to ensure violations were complied or resolved. If not complied at last inspection, property will be referred to court for a judgment from the court demanding the owner to resolve the problems. In a rare case where the owner has been removed from the property by city agencies, coordinated efforts will be made to correct the outstanding violations.

In the picture, the issue is with the property on the left (the garage, plus the remainder of the lot around it).
I do not know if 2082 is connected with 2084.

just a note.. 311 abandoned SCF sometime ago.. they since seemed to have contracted with another service like SCF. i get the impression council was mad that the city was preventing council offices from running cover for their paying constituents (auto body shops, dollar stores, corporations).
you might continue to post the results of your 311 reports here to keep neighbors in the loop and to shine much needed light on the cesspool of city hall. but please be sure to make a direct report to 311. 2c - former resident
