Description

Diablo Hills Golf Course maintenance workers start mowing the lawn at 6:00 AM. The noise level is high that disrupts my sleep. The golf course is right behind my backyard. The noise level for a commercial lawn mower is about 90 -120 db (data from a website). The permissible noise level is 55-60 db (data from a website). I talked to the maintenance people many times asking to change their time to after 7:30AM. They told me that this is WC city rule to do it at 6am and refused to change the time. Can you help? Thank you!
