My home is located on the corner of Prairieview and Carnation Dr.(631 Carnation Dr.). A tree on the Prairieview side has died and needs to be removed and replaced. The tree is located next to the street curb and this appears to fall und the Village’s responsibility. Please advise how to initiate this process. Thank you.
