FWIW The State has a $2M (IIRC) Bicycle Retrofit Program that can be used for situations like this. The State is required by law to report how it is those funds in the CIP but are no longer doing so. Not to mention no public input to encourage those funds to fix problems like this.

Still no action. Doesn't matter as I have a velomobile and take the lane despite the honking. I wonder how many years will go by until it's fixed.
