What type of problem exists at this location?

I had requested that the road in front of my house be fixed a couple of months back. It looks like someone has marked the place but nothing has happened as yet. With the rains the condition of the road has still become worse. I would appreciate if some immediate action us taken.

Extensive pavement patching is planned for the immediate future along many streets in Dunwoody. Village Springs Run will receive such paving.

City of Dunwoody addressed this issue on 02/22/2014, service request # 1160.
