They wait until August so they only have to do it once a year...........It not only looks terrible, but is unsafe, it drastically decreases your stopping distance and is very dangerous for motorcycles.

I agree the streets are in need of a good sweeping. It is horrible on a windy day --- all the dirt blowing around!!!

ha, they wait till august, just like my street got plowed in march. but i think POOKY meant increased stopping distance. not only that but its hard to take off quickly with out throwing rocks at the guy behind you.

They are starting on monday, and they don't start in August, they stat in the spring, at least try and present facts

City crews will start their spring cleaning in the next week or so with street sweeping and boulevard cleaning.
The street sweeping moves on the same routes in the spring and summer as the snow removal does in the winter
