why do we have so many lights in this city working at night. i drive alot at night in prince albert, and many time i got to stop at a light where there is not a car on the other side. if it was flashing yellow or red we just do a stop sign and go instead of waiting 2 minute for nothing. at the price of gas today and the useless waiting will save on carbon print will be better for this city. i do agree some light need to be working 24 hrs like on 2nd ave west and 15 st but many light dont need to be working 24 hrs.
