We are sorry for the confusion this may have caused you. But since Waste Management has referred this to grounds maintenance it is now up to them to correct the problem.
Is Grounds Maintenance part of the City? Then keep this open please! Just because another department is taking care of it doesn't mean you get to close it!
@City,
Perhaps, the City Should have Grounds, Trash, Cemetery, Road, Urban Forestry, and Utilities all show up on the same day.
Then yall could fight it out as to WHO will do the work and WHO will sit in the truck and text, and which one will knock down the power lines with the truck claw, and who gets to actually bend over and lick up the trash.
Your concern has been received and forwarded to the Department of Public Works (CRS# 20020932707) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at 804-646-7000. We appreciate your communication that helps us in “Building The Best Richmond” together.
@ City, are you closing this because Grounds states the concrete rubble is blocking the road and it belongs to the road department, or because the garbage is piled high on a cemetery and it belongs to the Cemetery department. Or perhaps one of your workers got lost and could not find the street because it no longer looks like a road with all the overgrowth, concrete and garbGe blocking the street?
We all know that yall did NOT come fix this issue yet.
