Description

The "NO THRU TRAFFIC" sign on Proctor Ave is missing. Section 25 of the South Burlington Traffic Ordinance specifies:
"that NO THROUGH TRAFFIC signs be placed on Farrell Street off Swift Street; Hadley
Road of Shelburne Street; Proctor Avenue off Shelburne Street."
