the one way street in not being used correctly,(not even by the police)cars are still flying in both ways, they are blowing through the stop sign (police also)and there is going to be a major accident because of all the library traffic. Cars are parking on both sides of the road, blocking peoples dive ways and when cars back out of the parking spots they are almost getting in to accidents with the parked cars.There are small kids and animals in this area and it is very dangerous!
