Description
At 100 Cedar Rock Trace; Athens, GA; 30605 there is a street light that is extremely noisy at night. It keeps my wife and I up every night. Our landlord has called the power company about it and it has not been fixed. It shakes and buzzes loudly all night, every night.

The problem has been reported to a department within ACC who routinely
interacts with the local power companies. Hopefully we can get the problem
