There are two waterline caps in the roadway surrounded by broken paving. The acknowledgement documents only one the two waterline caps. Why will these not make the list for 2021? Does this response indicate these holes will not be addressed for a year?

I apologize that we did not catch your question on the comments section of this work order. I have emailed Superintendent Jim Barker to please respond to your comments on this ticket once he returns to the office on April 12th. I have also copied that request to the other Central Zone supervisors in case they can answer your questions.

Good morning Ms. Tennor,

Just wanted to reach out to you until Mr. Barker is back in the office in regards to the roadway repair.

All roads in need of repair are investigated and prioritized on a list from high to low. We start with the roads in high priority first and work down to the low if money and time is allowed. Highways is budgeted an allotment of money for roadway repairs each year. The county tries to get as many roads repaved that is allowed within that allocation and paving season (April - Sept), this may be a full repair or an interim repair to keep the road safe until the following paving year.
