The bicycle lane stencil for SE-bound E 12th Street just past Lake Merritt Blvd appears to never have been painted. A bicycle lane stencil is supposed to be used in a bike lane after every intersection.
The stencil for the bike lane in the opposing direction of E 12th Street was painted correctly.
