boo hoo. why don't you give the 'garbage pickers' a $50 check every week and then you won't have to worry about it. i'm sure those people are doing it because they need to. they either sell the stuff to eat, or use the stuff because they can't afford to go out and buy their own. so why don't you stop being selfish, and think of others for a change and what their situations might be.

I'd rather hear the scrapper trucks come down my street Monday night than to listen to a baby crying when I'm out to eat, shopping, outside relaxing, or on a 4 hour flight to Vegas. How many times have others been inconvenienced by the sound of your baby crying?

I really hate the butt pickers that come around on Tuesday nights.

Or the nose pickers on Wednesday.
