Cover for Water department "meter" no longer fits in space and flips open when stepped on and at least two people to my immediate knowledge have stepped in it and been injured - scrapes and sprains to the ankles and feet. Cars using the drive to U-turn also flip up the cement cover. The rim is rotten away and the depth is 8-10" deep so people really get scraped up. There has been blue paint sprayed around it for months but no one from City has come to fix.
