Description

Every night, cars have been driving down Perkins from Grand toward the lake, even though it is closed to through traffic, and illegally taking a right onto Bellevue, which is a one-way street with a "DO NOT ENTER" sign. This typically happens at night, after the City closes the entrance by Childen's Fairyland for the night. This creates a dangerous traffic condition in which cars are driving the wrong way down a one-way street. Please close and lock the gate at Bellevue & Perkins every night so people cannot enter this one-way street the wrong way.
