1. The City will acknowledge your complaint (done).
2. Then another citizen will post a complaint about same issue.
3. Next the City will repost my comment with my personal email address (not sure why, but apparently they don't have anything better to do).
4. Nothing will get done.
5. Then the cycle begins again.

blew out both of my right side tires last night

@ Herbert. Contact the City. They will send you a claim form. Fill it out immediately with appropriate paperwork showing a picture of the pothole, your receipt for repair/replacement of both tires. It will take you many months and phone calls to get your money back, but if you are diligent, it will come.

thanks. good to see that the hole has been repaired. it was not a pothole caused by weather, but from lack of proper backfill.

There was a police officer sitting in his car with lights on in front of the pothole this morning, apparently to prevent others from falling victim to the hole. Glad it's been fixed.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.
