Description

I saw the person from this car in front of me throw paper napkins and a straw paper out of his or her window. I took the picture later on when we were stopped at a different light. The location of the littering was in the turn lane for the 580, a left turn from Drew street at the light. This person was also driving recklessly, changing lanes without a signal when someone was taking a right in front of him.
