Old Dominion Drive between Chesterbrook Shopping Center and George Mason Drive has been a mess of potholes and damaged pavement for the better part of two years. It has become a safety hazard as cars tend to swerve to avoid potholes, it is damaging to cars and traffic slows even at non-peak hours so that drivers do not risk damage to their autos. Heavy equipment from residential construction across the street from Park Road has exacerbated the problem. VDOT has been asleep on this issue and needs to repave the portion of Old Dominion ASAP.
