There's a pipe or small manhole cover that is sticking up in the road, dangerously.

Road work signs from a year ago still need to be removed.

There is a bunch of gravel and other debris in the bike lanes that is quite dangerous. These lanes need to be cleaned/cleared. Thanks.

The bike lanes are blocked with copious amounts of asphalt road mix and gravel.

The Dead End sign is upside down and needs to be more visible, as cars regularly fly down this street.

All along Old Dominion, Lee Highway, and Yorktown Blvd., the bike lanes are filled with sand, salt and other debris, pushing cyclists closer to the road. Please run a street sweeper along the bike lanes to clear them. Thanks!

Could the county please put a "don't block the box" or "Look for cyclists" or something at this crosswalk? Many drivers simply ignore the crosswalk and block the path for cyclists and pedestrians to cross. There's a Yield sign, but that is only for merging with motorists advancing onto Key Bridge. Thanks.

Please have the county leaf collectors get all the leaves on the sidewalk along Old Dominion and George Mason.

The recently repaved section of Old Dominion needs the crosswalks painted on the road by 37th St. N.
