From Harriet to 39th street on Clifton Ave. off of Elyria Avenue, the pot holes are starting to become so large that soon they will be one hugh crater. Why aren't the roads being tended too? The black tar asphalt that I see the workmen use (when they are out there) is not working at all.

Is there a possibility of going to 39th street off of Broadway and off of elyria ave.? Inbetween these streets are chuck holes that are so deep that if ones tire goes in it will mess ones car up...they are deep holes on the sides of the street. I sure do hope so. Thank you for your time.
