There really needs to be a three way stop at this location. Those traveling across the Arcola Bridge are at the mercy of those traveling along Arcola Road on to Cider Mill Road and vise versa. The only ones that have to stop are those coming from the Lower Providence side of the bridge. I have come so close to being hit by those speeding on Arcola Road/Cider Mill Road. Please fix this, put in a three way stop sign or light.
