I have complained about this site and the complain magically disappeared after it was acknowledged by PW but the homeless encampment still remains. I think the PW or someone (Quannie is that you?) is removing complaints. But here goes again. This is now over two weeks that a homeless encampment has been allowed to stay at the park on the corner of Harrison and Grand (next to the Veteran's Memorial Building. Here is a new photo of the encampment. This is the second time in the last few months the Quan administration has let a homeless encampment go on at this location in the last few months.

By the way, if the complaints keep disappearing I might think about getting one of the local TV reporters in on this.
