At the starbucks under the sign marked NO STOPPING OR STANDING drivers/trucks park all the time to go get coffee or make deliveries. Cars cannot go around because there is a turning lane so it gets backed up and creates traffic around 8-9am...Could police monitor the area and warn drivers to move it or get a ticket?
