When making a left turn out of till st onto Washington Rd, you can not see oncoming traffic to the right because of the hill. During the day when you cant see headlights is most dangerous. It would be very helpful to have a mirror on the telephone pole across from till to see oncoming traffic. I have witnessed many close calls including my own. In addition many young folks travel on their bikes at night with no lights and have come close to being hit many times.
