The alleys in Pottstown are never plowed! We homeowners who park in the back, and stay off the street to make plowing easier are left to fend for ourselves! I am a healthcare worker, and am required to be at work. My and my husband's cars are stuck because of the high snow, and what's worse, the plowing on Beech and 3rd street has barrelled the end of the alley, too! [removed].
