Description

On Tuesday while traveling north bound on McCall, code enforcement vechile 822, driven by a male subject was on his cellphone. I first saw him on the cellphone by 107 and McCall north bound. While next to him I could hear the radio (music) not communication radio clearly as I listened to my radio. Then he's on the cellphone texting away so as I tried to video record him and he takes off leaving me behind. I caught up to him and he made a right turn (east bound) on schunior and failed to signal his right turn, probably because he was still on his cellphone and avoiding getting video recorded.
