I seen with my own eyes a Dealer by the name of Juan Rodriguez selling out on this block all the time. Right as children play all around him, and they smoke dope right out in the street. Guy works up at Peebles on Hoosick st. Swing by and thank him for ruining our neighborhoods.

Can you get the dealing on video? Maybe use your cell phone if you dont have a camcorder? Or have some one get it on video for you? It might help you get the police to take your complaint seriously.
Sadly, the police seem to be looking the other way when it comes to the drug dealing in Troy. I don't know why it is not on the top of their to-do list? Most all crime can be easily traced back to drug use and sales in Troy.
