I don't think they know how to remove it. Apparently it looks that way with all the tagging all over the city. Face it, Tukwila isn't the same city it use to be. There was once a City Council and Mayor that really cared about the appearance of the city. But, not anymore! It's beginning to look like a septic pool. Thanks for nothing Mayor. Don't run for office again.
