Description
Lots and lots of fire hydrants are being buried in snow, aside from digging the closest ones to my house out, will the city crews or FD dept start digging some out around town? A post from the city/FD on Facebook and other social media should be made about clearing snow from around hydrants.

Thank you for reporting your concern about a fire hydrant to the Village of Oswego via SeeClickFix. We have investigated the issue and we are closing this issue. Residents are asked to clear snow from sidewalks and around fire hydrants but the Village does not have an ordinance which requires residents to do so. The Public Works Department does not shovel sidewalks or fire hydrants.
