Thank you for your comment. The trailer is actually there primarily to caution people about the construction work zone near California and Taber. While construction is occurring in the street the message on the sign is warning drivers about the construction. But while construction is not taking place, we have asked the contractor to change the message to "Drive Safely" in an effort to keep drivers alert.
