I have reported this issue multiple times (most recently on Feb. 8th). Again there are multiple cars parked in the median on Almeda in a no parking zone and next to a fire hydrant. There are also cars parked blocking pedestrian access to the sidewalks. Vehicle owners appear to be patrons of businesses (restaurant, auto shop, mosque) across from this makeshift parking lot.
