ISSUE: Cars traveling east on Burns Ave at the traffic light controlled intersection at S. Main Road . . . The camera monitoring Burns avenue does NOT seem to be functioning properly OR has an unusually long delay before the signal stops N/S traffic on Main Rd to permit cars to proceed through intersection.
