Why no response after almost a month?

Because no one is home.... the lights are out.

These lights are out due to serious underground wiring issues. We have to hire a contractor to replace the underground conduit and wiring to these lights. No estimated time of completion.

7/23/2014 - Follow through has been provided for this location for an update response - double checking to see if funds can/cannot be supplied for wiring upgrades - rtt

These issues are being closed because the problems are larger than just a bulb being out. These issues are now deemed infrastructure projects (underground repairs) that require engineers are involved.
