Description

Light changes to green for Mound traffic and does not change to allow 26 Mile Traffic through the intersection. This has occurred twice in the morning to me before 5:30am. There will be about 10-15 cars in each direction waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more until everyone starts doing a creep to trigger the light, followed then by a stop and proceed with caution after over 3 minutes of the light not changing with no cars anywhere on Mound. I wasn't the first car at the intersection this time and even after cars were going through a red light in both directions on 26 Mile, the light was still red and did not change.
