Description

There is always illegal in the alley, making it nearly impassible. Generally parking is behind 115-117 N Boulevard. No parking signs are clearly posted, yet it persists. I have called the RPD, and nothing has happened to keep this from happening.

For the best response, police need to be called immediately when there are vehicles illegally parked. If parking tickets are not issued to the illegally parked vehicles then call the Police back and request to speak to a supervisor.

I have called regarding this issue many times when cars are actually parked there and have never seen the police actually come. What can be done?
