We have the same issue on Ellsworth Avenue. We are designated as a snow emergency route also, but the non-compliant vehicles are NEVER TOWED! This prevents the plows from clearing the even side of the street. Not only do we suffer but Squad 2 & Engine 9 are a block away. They have difficulty navigating Ellsworth Ave when it snows! TOW THE VEHICLES THAT DO NOT ADHERE TO THE PARKING BAN!
